including the H2S scrubber, volumetric
meter proving, and portable bench
calibrations, delivers accurate,
reliable results and minimizes costly
meter downtime.

Our measurement technicians are
knowledgeable, courteous, and highly
safety conscious. Our technicians ensure
that our clients’ equipment operates at
optimum performance, such as internally
inspecting each meter and the ‘Y’
strainer at the time of calibration,
while appropriately balancing safety
considerations and requirements. |

Volumetric Meter Proving
Our fully-equipped,
winterized, and Measurement
Canada-compliant volumetric meter
proving units allow us to perform
calibrations on H2O, condensate, and oil
meters year round. We’re also equipped
to perform calibrations on high-pressure
meters. To ensure accuracy, consistency,
and safety of our equipment, we employ a
strict maintenance schedule. Our vessel
is steamed and water is drawn every six
months. It is certified every two years
in conjunction with Alberta Energy and
Utilities Board (EUB) standards. |

Portable Bench Calibrations
Thanks to
our in-house developed portable bench
calibrator, accurate liquid calibrations
under two m3/ day are now performed on
site. This innovative, highly-efficient,
and cost-saving solution eliminates
travel time between the shop and site
locations, and minimizes meter downtime.
Our detailed meter inspection and
calibration is performed on a same-day
service basis.

This equipment is used at all sour gas
locations to provide safety today and
protect the environment from hazardous
emission tomorrow.
